Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally where possible. You can find a list of all the countries eligible for shipping in the dropdown menu during checkout. For more information on international shipping please see the section ‘Do you ship internationally?’.

BeautyLux ships internationally where possible. You can find a list of all the countries where we ship in the dropdown menu during checkout.
Please note that there are some restrictions:
• Due to the changing complexity of international shipping, subscriptions are not available for international customers. Please select One-Time-Purchase when adding products to your cart.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars ($USD).
• Due to import restrictions, some items may not be available to ship internationally. If you receive an error during checkout this is likely the case.
• All international shipments are charged $9.95 shipping and can take 15 business days or more to deliver.
• On occasion, international shipments require a pickup at a local customs office.
• International shipments are subject to import duties and fees that have not been included in the order total. They may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery on behalf of customs. BeautyLux is not responsible for these fees.
• International shipments are not eligible for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping in the US on all domestic orders of $50 or above.
Orders that are below $50 are subject to a shipping fee. We offer $4.95 standard ground service shipping to all states.
When will my order ship?
BeautyLux orders ship on Mondays through Fridays from Petersburg via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders received by 2 PM EST during the business week will ship that same day, however if an order does not ship the same day, it will be prioritized to ship the following business day. If an order is received over the weekend, it will ship on Monday or in some cases Tuesday depending on the weekend volume.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 4 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out to customer support. We are working on expanding into a second warehouse to cut down on shipping times, but this may take longer if you’re located further from our warehouse in Petersburg.
Please allow up to an extra 7 business days for orders to arrive in Hawaii or Alaska. Most packages ship via USPS, but depending on your location we reserve the right to use other carriers.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order using a tracking number. Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you did not submit an email, and only left a phone number during checkout, we will attempt to send you a tracking message via SMS. If you do not receive any tracking message within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com.
Payment & Orders
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
I have a question about my order, who can I talk to?

Can I change my order if I entered the wrong information at checkout?
BeautyLux cannot guarantee any post-purchase order changes. However, if you do have a change request, please reach out to our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you. Please include your order number and the details of your change request to expedite the process.
We kindly ask that you please take care to double check your details before placing your order.
How many discount codes can I use per purchase?
You are only able to use one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or sale item. Discount codes can be applied only to one-time purchase orders. They cannot be used for subscriptions unless stated otherwise.
Why isn’t my discount code working at checkout?
There could be a few reasons your discount code isn't working:
- Double check spelling and capitalizing.
- Discount codes do not apply to products that are already discounted.
- Discount codes do not apply to subscriptions unless stated otherwise.

How can I enter my discount code?
Discount codes are added and calculated at checkout. Please proceed to checkout from your cart to enter in your discount code.
Oops, I forgot to use my discount code! What should I do?
If you forgot to apply your discount code to an order please reach out to our customer support team within 3 business days to have your discount retroactively applied in the form of a refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
At BeautyLux, we want our customers to buy in confidence and be 100% satisfied with their BeautyLux products. Therefore, we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We believe you should be completely satisfied with your products and your experience with our company.
If for any reason you are ever unsatisfied please reach out to our customer support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or messaging our chatbox and we’ll address any questions or concerns.
Please include your order number and the items that you wish to return for a refund to expedite the process. While we're happy to refund your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Please see our Returns Policy page for additional details about our return policy, exceptions to eligible refunds, and how to return an order.
How do I start a returns?
We’re sorry it didn’t work out for you, but our customer support team will be happy to help. Just reach out to email@example.com or message our chatbox for assistance in making a return. Please include your order number and the items that you wish to return for a refund to expedite the process.
Please note that all returns require an authorization from one our of Customer Support Representatives to be eligible for a refund.
How do I return an order?
Once your return has been approved, please follow the instructions provided to you. We strongly recommend you keep the original package in which your order arrived to avoid any return shipping issues as a result of improper packaging.
Please include your full name, email, and order number inside the package in case the package gets damaged in transit.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once returned products have reached our facility and pass inspection refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 days of receiving the package. Depending on your bank’s policy, please allow up to 7-14 days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Our products are backed up by a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee return policy from the date of delivery for all sealed and unused items that are returned to our facility and pass inspection.
We will refund your first order of any product as long as you reach out within 90 days of your purchase, and all bottles except your first are unopened.
In most cases, we will ask you to return your unused products, and your refund will be processed when your return is received at our facility.
Please note that there are some exceptions to our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
• Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
• International shipments are not eligible for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
• Long or delayed shipping does not make items eligible for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Can I return a bundle or bulk purchase?
If you are returning a bundle or bulk purchase (for example: 2 bottles of Hydrating Face Moisturizer), we will fully refund only one (1) opened bottle/container. We will not refund multiple open bottles/containers.
If you made a single bottle/container purchase, BeautyLux will offer a full refund regardless of the amount of product used, as long as the return request has been made within 90-Days of the delivery date. This applies only to single bottle or container purchases.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All of our skin care products are vegan and cruelty-free. Our natural supplements, Beauty Multi Collagen and Beauty Biotin Complex are not suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Do your products contain sulfates, parabens or silicones?
No. All of our skin care products have been formulated without sulfates, parabens, or silicones. Our supplement range is formulated without additives, unnecessary fillers, and harsh ingredients and is third-party tested for safety and purity.
Are your ingredients organic?
Our skin care products are made with natural and organic ingredients where possible, however, they are not certified organic.
Can you send me samples?
Unfortunately we do not offer product samples at this time.
How do I store your products?
We recommended storing our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our products are made in the U.S. with top-quality domestic and imported ingredients.
I just bought a bunch of products, can I use these together?

How do subscriptions work?
With a subscription we will automatically replenish your BeautyLux favorites by delivering your chosen product(s) straight to your front door each month, or based on your chosen frequency. This means you’ll never have to worry about running low on your favorite products again!
Our auto-replenishment service is super easy to use and customizable so that you can make changes online whenever. You can manage your subscription through your personal BeautyLux account at any time and there is no restriction to cancel the subscription.

How can I sign up for a subscription?
BeautyLux products are offered as one-time purchases and subscriptions. On each product checkout page, under Purchase Options, you will find a tool to select between Subscribe & Save and One-Time Purchase.
When adding an item to your cart, select "Subscribe & Save" as the purchase option for your product(s). Add the subscription to your shopping cart and complete your order.
How can I manage my subscriptions?
Our product subscriptions can easily be managed through our online portal using your email as the account login.
How can I get access to my account?
You can log in to your account by clicking the login icon on the topbar of our website. If you haven't created an account you do so by selecting 'Create Account' and following the required steps.
How can I manage my delivery schedule?
Once you’re logged into your account, select ‘Subscriptions’. Choose the subscription you wish to edit. You can change the delivery frequency by selecting ‘Order frequency’. You can change the delivery date by selecting ‘Next order’.
How can I change my delivery address?
Once you’re logged into your account, select ‘Subscriptions’. Choose the subscription you wish to edit. You can change the delivery address by selecting ‘Shipping & billing’.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Once you’re logged into your account, select ‘Subscriptions’. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel. You can cancel your subscription by clicking on ‘Cancel my subscription’.
